● Inner rubber layer: specially designed high-temperature resistant black synthetic rubber (Class C-nitrile rubber).
● Reinforcement layer: Double layer of spiral cotton thread reinforcement (-12, -16 and -20 are braided) and reinforced with spiral wire wrapping to avoid collapse.
● Cover: Black, oil-resistant and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber (Class A-neoprene)
● Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C) at constant temperature and +300*F (+149°C) with intermittent temperature rise (up to 10% of runtime).
● Recommended use: Suction lines or low-pressure return lines for petroleum and water-based hydraulic oils.
● Used with HeatGuard high-temperature jacket to meet the requirements of AS offshore applications.
